Kindly, please read all of the policies and instructions. By proceeding with booking an appointment, you have confirmed you have read and agreed to the following policies. Thank you!

Updated Policies Due to COVID-19 (Please Read)

 

Please do not book if you feel unwell. Last minute cancelations are acceptable in this case and we are happy to accommodate. Please keep everyone safe.

Masks are recommended however not mandatory. Please use the washrooms upon arrival to thoroughly wash your hands before your appointment.

 

Schedule An Appointment

To schedule an appointment, you have the option to book online or contact the salon directly via email or phone. We are walk in friendly, however we recommend booking online and in advance.

Please email/text us if we miss your call or leave a voicemail. Please allow us 24 hours to respond to your inquiries.

In your text or email please include:

  1. What service(s) you are interested in.

  2. Your name and last name Initial.

  3. The date and time that would be most suitable for you.

  4. A picture of any nail art design ideas.


Currently final payments are only acceptable via cash or card. All Card payments are automatically taxed HST.

To be respectful please cancel your appointments before the 24 hour mark.

Please arrive on time to your appointments.  Repeatedly late clients will be removed from priority clientele.

TRIVENÉ BEAUTY does not provide services to anyone under the age of 18 without parental guardian supervision.


The salon is not liable to accomodate children and to ensure the relaxation and comfort of our clients, please do not bring your children/infants to your appointment.

Trivené Beauty reserves the right to deny service for whatever reason deemed fit.
