Shipping and Returns
Orders can take up to 7 business days to process before shipping. Your patience is appreciated.
All orders will receive a tracking number via email (please check spam or junk mail just in case).
All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:
Custom Fees: We are not responsible for any fees required by customs for any reason. All shipping fees we require will be clearly shown to you alongside the product and estimated transit time upon checkout.
Shipping Fee Refunds: Should any store credits be issued at any time, under any circumstances, shipping costs are not included.
Hours of Operation:
Our hours of operation for shipping are Monday through Friday, 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. EST, excluding weekends and major Canadian holidays.
*NOTE: During restocks, new releases & special promotions, there can be an additional 2-4 business days of processing time!
Transit times will vary based upon a few different conditions, including but not limited to:
1. Total distance between us and you
2. Post office closure or emergent circumstances
Please note that this time frame is an estimate and not a guarantee.
Any inquiries regarding the exact location of your package should be made to the carrier directly. Our customer service agents only have as much information as can be seen by you through your tracking number.
Tracking My Goodies:
Please allow between 1-2 Business Days for your tracking number to update once you receive your tracking number by email.
We do not offer any preorders at this time.
All of our restock announcements are made on our social media platforms and our website.
Returned Packages & Incorrect Addresses:
Please always double check the address you wish to have your products shipped to is correct. If your package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, our team will email you. If there is no response within three business days, your order will be canceled and refunded. We will happily reship your package, however you will be invoiced for the cost to reship your package. Thank you!
We do not process any product returns/exchanges. There are no refunds or cancellations once the order has been processed and shipped. Should you decide you no longer want your order, if the product has not yet been shipped, please contact us immediately to be issued a refund minus any shipping fees. Should you have any issues with your order, please contact customer service via email. If your product arrives to you damaged, please provide photographed proof. Any issues will be carefully assessed by our team and the best course of action will be taken to ensure satisfaction.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
If your package has been confirmed delivered via courier and you did not receive said package please contact us immediately via email. Please keep in mind that we are not responsible for the status of your package once it is in the courier's possession. We will do our best, on our end, to ensure we can give you satisfactory compensation.
